My commitment to you is that I will bring all of my experience to
our sessions and I will be fully and professionally dedicated to you
and your well-being. We will work together to help you to achieve
your therapy goals.
I have worked with men and women who have been involved in
high-stress, life and death issues, including combat veterans. I
have helped people with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual
trauma, anxiety, and depression.
We can work on many issues including weight loss, diabetes support, smoking, chronic pain management, phobias, aviation issues, and sports performance. I provide career counseling regardless of your age.
I use the treatment methods that are best suited for you personally, ranging from psychodynamic psychotherapy to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to clinical hypnosis.
I provide a wide variety of services to both individuals and couples.
I provide Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidence-based therapy, for couples, whatever the status of their relationship, whether they are living together, contemplating marriage, or currently married.
I am trained in the use of clinical hypnosis as an adjunct treatment for many concerns, including weight loss, general health issues, diabetes support, anxiety, smoking, chronic pain management, phobias (including fear of flying), and sports performance.
I can assist career changers and provide career counseling regardless of your age or the current state of your career.
